You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "Manage Subscription" above, or through the Stripe Billing Portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds, but you'll retain full access until your subscription expires.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported browsers.

Voucher codes can grant you access to specific courses, programs, or upgrade your subscription level. Enter your code in the "Have an Access Code?" section above. Some codes have expiration dates or usage limits, so redeem them promptly. Once redeemed, the access is added to your account immediately.

Your learning progress, certificates, and achievements are never deleted. If you resubscribe later, you'll pick up right where you left off. However, while on the free plan, you'll only have access to free courses and limited AI tutor queries.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team at support@aitrain.io for a full refund. After 7 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Absolutely. We never store your full card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We only store a reference to your Stripe customer ID.
